Arlo Holdings is a private commercial property company based near Gatwick Airport in Crawley, West Sussex. We are actively involved in the commercial property sector, with over 30 years of experience. We own and manage all our buildings forming a close relationship with all our tenants.
Our strength comes from knowing our tenants’ property requirements as well as understanding the markets in which we invest. We purchase under performing asset, predominantly in the South East and South West of England, which we then take in-house with the aim of improving the quality of the rental experience and income.
We also own and manage several serviced offices in both the SE & SW market. In addition,we have had extensive experience investing in mainland Europe accross all commercial property sectors.
Releasing Latent Land Value is key to our approach. We generate analysis, solutions and strategies to realise & release locked value.
